LAS VEGAS, NV. The sportsbooks have spoken, and for what feels like the 47th consecutive year, Atiba Bacote has opened as the betting favorite to capture the Random Cup.

The reaction from the betting public has been mixed.

Supporters point to another offseason filled with ridiculously low rounds and a swing that continues to improve.

Critics simply point to the trophy case.

"Eventually statistics have to win," one anonymous oddsmaker said while nervously adjusting Atiba's odds for the fourth time this week.
