Set the tone…
A true classic and favorite of the Random Cup, Pine Needles Lodge & Golf Club will host the 2025 Tournament Round 1. Pine Needles’ award-winning golf course is the first in the nation to be awarded four U.S. Women’s Open Championships. Named the #4 golf course in the state by Golfweek, the course was designed by the legendary Donald Ross in 1927, and meticulously restored by Kyle Franz in 2017. Today, the course spans more than 7,000 yards with each rolling hill and fairway bunker reimagined to reflect the challenges Ross envisioned nearly a century ago.
A beautiful Ross gem, Pine Needles will be our Round 1 host.

Moving day…
Back to back Ross classics to kick off the 2025 Random Cup! Open for play in 1906, Southern Pines Golf Course is one of Donald Ross’s earliest original course designs. Winding around a series of knolls and ridges, the course offers some of the most dramatic golf terrain in the Sandhills, making it difficult to tell where nature’s design ends and Ross’s begins.
Don’t let the beauty fool you, this course is a BEAST Another Ross original design.

For all the glory!
Mid South is stepping up to host the Final Round this year. A traditional tournament host, Mid South has stood the test of time and will provide a familiar challenge to the Randoms vying for the 2025 Cup. Home to multiple US Open & US Amateur Qualifiers, it is only proper that the 2025 Champ will have to navigate one of Arnie’s toughest tracks to take home the glory.
Mid South’s clubhouse, quiet in this picture, will be teaming with fans and media from around the globe as they anxiously await the crowning of the 2023 Random Cup Champion.
